LAUNCH OF AN CASTING MOLDING LINE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF POLYURETHANE PRODUCTS

At the end of 2021, “Escal” company, which is part of the production team of “Variant Group”, launched a new production line for the manufacture of polyurethane products. The new injection molding equipment allows to produce high quality products of the highest quality.

The company produces both standard polyurethane products and according to the Customer’s drawings/sketches.

The new equipment allows to produce a wide range of products:

polyurethane scrapers/cleaners (cleaners for conveyors, drums and other conveyor mechanisms, knives for blades of snowplows and road construction equipment),
self-flow polyurethane equipment (cones, pipes, sectors) and bucket elevators,
polyurethane shafts, wheels, bushings and rods for various needs,
polyurethane sieves,
standard and reinforced polyurethane sheets.
